- The Author retains final approval of the manuscript;

Unless otherwise stated in a signed Publishing Agreement:
- The Author retains copyright to their work;
- The Author grants the Company a non-exclusive license to edit, format, market, distribute, and sell the work as agreed;
- The Company may use excerpts, covers, and metadata for marketing and promotional purposes.
5.5 Royalties and Payments
Royalty rates, pricing, rights, and payment schedules will be outlined in the individual Publishing Agreement.
Payments are based on verified distribution partner reports.
We do not guarantee sales figures, revenue, or commercial success.
5.6 Distribution and Availability
We will make reasonable efforts to distribute published works through physical and online retail channels.
However, we make no guarantees regarding:
- Sales volume
- Media coverage
- Commercial or critical success
- Duration of availability on third-party platforms
6. Educational Courses and Workshops
6.1 Enrollment and Payment
Enrollment is subject to availability and successful registration.
Full payment must be made before the course start date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6.2 Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations made more than 14 days before the course start date may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
- Cancellations made within 14 days of the course start date are non-refundable.
- If we cancel or postpone a course, participants may choose an alternative date or receive a full refund.
6.3 Course Conduct
Participants must:
- Treat instructors and other participants with respect;
- Not record, copy, or distribute course content without written permission;
- Not share course materials publicly.
We reserve the right to remove participants who violate these rules without refund.
