As all books are printed to order, we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind.
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing fault, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a book with:

• Binding issues
• Damage caused during production or delivery
please email us within 7 days of receiving your order, including:
• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos showing the problem
Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement copy to be sent to you at no additional cost.
